Delete Account Request
If you wish to delete your Kenz Fix account and remove all associated personal data, please follow the instructions below:
How to request account deletion
To delete your account, please contact us at:

Your request must include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email or phone number
- A clear statement that you want your account deleted
Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 7 business days.
What data will be deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved addresses
- Order history linked to your identity
- Any other personally identifiable information
What data may be retained?
For legal and financial compliance, some anonymized order data may be kept without any personal identifiers.
